About BrilliMinds
A small senior team that treats your project like its own.
BrilliMinds is an Australian software development company started by experienced engineers who were tired of watching good businesses get bad software. We build web and mobile apps, AI-powered products, Odoo ERP systems and software for connected devices — and we do it properly.
How we work
Six things you can count on.
The people you meet are the people who build it
There is no sales layer and no hand-off to a team you have never met. The engineers who scope your project are the ones who deliver it and answer your calls.
Everything is written down
Scope, price, timeline, what is included and what is not — agreed in writing before we start, and updated in writing whenever it changes.
You own everything
The code, the hosting, the documentation. In your accounts from day one, so you are never locked in to us.
We tell you the truth
If your idea needs a cheaper tool than custom software, we will say so. If a project is likely to fail, we will say that too — before you spend money.
Small steps, visible progress
You see working software every couple of weeks. No six-month silence followed by a surprise.
We stay after launch
Software needs looking after. We offer ongoing support, or hand over cleanly if you would rather run it yourself.
A straight answer
Yes, we are a new company.
Our engineers are not new — but BrilliMinds as a company is. That is why you will not find client logos, testimonials or "20 years of experience" badges on this site yet. We would rather earn those honestly than borrow them.
What we can offer today is a free, no-obligation conversation about your project, a written plan you can compare against anyone else's, and a team that will treat your project as the one that builds our reputation — because it is.

The fastest way to find out is to tell us about your project. You will get an honest answer, even if that answer is that you do not need us.
