How we handle your information.
This page explains what BRILLIMINDS PTY LTD collects through this website and what we do with it. It describes what the site actually does today — not what websites usually do.
What this website collects on its own
Nothing. There is no analytics tool, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no embedded third-party widget and no tracking cookie. Pages are plain static files, and loading one sends no information about you to anyone else.
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs — the address requested and the time — which are used only to run and secure the site.
What you give us in an enquiry
When you send the enquiry form, we collect what you type into it:
- your name and email address, so we can reply;
- your business or organisation and what the enquiry is about, if you choose to tell us;
- your description of what you want to build, fix or replace.
We ask for nothing else — no phone number, no budget, no file uploads. Please do not send customer data, passwords or commercially sensitive material through the form.
Why we use it and who sees it
We use your enquiry to reply to you and to keep a record of it. It is seen by the people at BrilliMinds who handle enquiries, and by the hosting and email providers we use to store and deliver it. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, add you to a mailing list, or use it to train any AI model.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that lead to a conversation are kept as part of our normal business records. Enquiries that do not are deleted within twelve months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored on cloud infrastructure we control. Some of the providers we use operate outside Australia, so your enquiry may be stored or processed overseas.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the enquiry form and mention that it is a privacy request. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this page
If the way we handle personal information changes — for example if we ever add analytics — this page will be updated before the change goes live, not after.
