What we do not do
We build the software side of your connected product.
Electronics and circuit-board design, mechanical and enclosure design, manufacturing, supply chain and regulatory certification are not part of what we do. We work alongside the specialists who own those, and we tell you during the first conversation which of them your project still needs.
Common questions
We already have hardware. Can you just do the software?
Yes. That is the most common way we work — you bring the device, we build the firmware, cloud and apps around it.
What if our devices are somewhere with poor coverage?
We design for it from the start: devices store data while offline and send it when they reconnect, and the dashboard shows you clearly what is live and what is delayed.
Can we update devices after they are installed?
Yes. Over-the-air updates with safe rollback are built in, so you can improve devices in the field without a site visit.
