Odoo ERP
Run your whole business on one system instead of ten spreadsheets.
Sales in one tool, stock in a spreadsheet, invoices in another system, and someone retyping between them every day. Odoo brings sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting and operations into one place. We set it up around how your business really works and roll it out without stopping the business.
What we do
- Odoo implementation. Setting up Odoo for sales, CRM, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, accounting, projects and more — configured to your processes.
- Moving your data across. Customers, products, suppliers, stock and history brought over cleanly from spreadsheets, MYOB, Xero or your old system, and checked before go-live.
- Connecting Odoo to everything else. Your website, online store, accounting, logistics, payroll or a custom app.
- Custom development. When your business genuinely needs something Odoo does not do out of the box, we build it — and only then.
- Fixing an Odoo setup that has drifted. Heavy customisation, a stuck upgrade or an implementation that stopped halfway.
- Training and support. Your team trained on the real system, and ongoing support once you are live.
Who this is for
- A growing business where the spreadsheets and manual work have become someone's full-time job.
- Wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers and service businesses that need stock, orders and money in one place.
- A company already on Odoo that needs it fixed, upgraded or connected to other systems.
How it works
- Free consultation. We look at how your business runs today and tell you honestly whether Odoo is the right fit.
- Process review and plan. We map how the work is actually done — including the informal steps that keep the business running — and agree a written plan and price.
- Set up and test with your real data. You try the system with your own customers, products and orders before anything goes live.
- Go live in phases. One team or one process first, then the rest once it is genuinely working. Operations never stop.
- Train and support. Your people are trained on the real thing, and we stay available after go-live.
Standard Odoo first, custom code only when it earns its place.
Every customisation makes future upgrades harder and more expensive. We use Odoo's standard features wherever they work for you, and build custom only where your business truly needs it.
Common questions
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A first phase — usually sales, inventory and invoicing — typically takes two to four months. Larger rollouts are delivered in stages, so you get value early.
Can we keep using Xero or MYOB?
Yes, if you want to. Odoo can connect to them, or replace them with its own accounting — we help you decide which is better for your business.
Will our team actually use it?
That is the whole point of how we roll it out: built around your real process, tested with your real data, one team at a time, with proper training. Adoption is planned, not hoped for.
Are you an official Odoo partner?
Not at this stage. We will list any partner status or certification here with its exact name and date once we hold it, and not before.
